On average, Humane Society of Sarasota County cares for 170 animals every day. Donated supplies help us meet daily needs and reduce costs—so more funding goes directly to lifesaving programs. In-kind gifts are just as important as monetary donations.

- Shelter Cats: Silvervine Powder Packets, Churu Lickable/Squeezable Treats, Crinkle Balls, Springs, Catnip Mice
- Shelter Dogs: Milk-Bones (Mini & Small), Peanut Butter (No Xylitol), Poop Bags, Easy Cheese, Jolly Balls
- Foster Program: Fleece Blankets (Flat/No Stuffing), Pee Pads, Royal Canin Mother & Babycat Food
- Pet Pantry Program: Any Brand, Any Size/Quantity—Dry Cat Food, Wet Cat Food, Dry Dog Food, Wet Dog Food
- TNVR Program: Mackerel Fillets in Water (Skinless & Boneless, No Salt Added, No Seasoning, No Flavor)
- Shelter-Wide: Paper Towels, Dawn Dish Soap
Drop off donations at the shelter during normal operating hours. The shelter is located at 2331 15th Street, Sarasota, FL 34237. We're open Monday-Friday 10am-6pm and Saturday 10am-4pm. We cannot provide pickup/transport.
Donations support animals at the shelter, partner shelters in need, pet owners in need, and our community cat services. Some items may be sold to fund care. If we can't use something, it may be re-donated or discarded.
