    Wish List

Dish soap, paper towels, garbage bags, cat litter, and dog shampoo. These are just a few of the most-needed items at HSSC. They’re not glamorous, but they’re essential to keeping our animals cared for and our facility clean. On average, there are 150 animals at HSSC every day. That’s a lot of food, toys, and supplies. Every donated good helps HSSC reduce expenses and put more resource towards program services.

When you shop off our Wish List, you guarantee you are buying exactly what we need. HSSC accepts new and gently used items based upon their relevance to our mission. HSSC reserves the right to decline any in-kind gifts, and we are not responsible for picking up or otherwise transporting in-kind gifts. If you’re not sure if something can be used, please contact us at 941.955.4131.

HSSC accepts a variety of new and gently used pet items.  Please drop your donations off at HSSC's Adoption Center during open hours. We accept unopened dry or wet dog and cat food. All donated items are greatly appreciated.

Can’t make it to our facility but still want to help? Consider sending an item via our wishlist options below!

Give the gift of comfort to a shelter pet. Kuranda is the gold standard in shelter furniture because the products are easy to clean, chew-proof, and extremely durable. Dogs love being off the ground because it relieves stress on their joints. Cats love perches and platforms because they appreciate being able to watch their surroundings from a high vantage point. Kuranda makes it easy to purchase a bed at a discount and donate it to HSSC. Products are shipped for free, directly to HSSC.
