Animal Care & Enrichment Specialist
The Animal Care & Enrichment Specialist is responsible for the enrichment and care of all animals at HSSC. This includes participating in daily play groups, feeding, cleaning, and daily enrichment for each animal. Apply on Indeed.
The Veterinary Assistant supports the technicians and doctors in the Veterinary Services department. This is an entry-level position providing basic medical care to the dogs and cats housed at the shelter. The position will require a basic understanding of animal handling and knowledge. The Technician reports directly to the section managers. The Tier 1 Veterinary Technician position provides medical care and treatment for cats and dogs. This includes routine vaccinations, diagnostic testing, patient treatments, and assisting the DVM’s in surgery. Apply on Indeed.
